Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of InteligentCMS. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them. Please read carefully.

1. About this service

InteligentCMS (operated from Kenya) is an AI-assisted document generation platform that produces curriculum-related teaching materials — Learning Plans, Course Outlines, Session Plans, Learning Guides, and CBET-aligned assessments — based on the curriculum file you upload. The service is provided to you as an individual trainer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information (name, email, institution, phone number) and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the security of your password.

3. Your content

When you upload a curriculum file or other inputs, you confirm that you have the right to do so. You retain all rights to your inputs and to the documents we generate for you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

We process your inputs through AI providers (such as Groq, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, or Anthropic) to produce your outputs. By using the service, you consent to this processing. We do not sell or share your curriculum data with third parties for marketing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal under Kenyan law;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform;
• Upload material you do not have rights to;
• Resell or redistribute the documents in a way that lets others bypass paying for the service themselves;
• Share your account with others — each account is for one trainer.

5. Credits and payment

InteligentCMS is sold on a pay-as-you-go credit model. One credit generates one complete unit pack. Credits are purchased in plans (Starter, Basic, Standard, 5-Unit Pack) via M-Pesa STK push. Credits never expire.

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Safaricom's M-Pesa via Daraja API. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN or any payment credentials.

6. AI output disclaimer

The platform is not a substitute for professional curriculum review. We make no guarantee that documents will be accepted by any specific institution, exam body, or accrediting authority.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: if a generation produces a clearly broken or empty document due to a system error on our side, we will refund the credit. We do not refund used credits where the output was successfully generated.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, AI provider outages, M-Pesa platform downtime, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally cause disruption. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

9. Account termination

You can stop using the service at any time. If we believe you have violated these Terms (e.g., abuse, fraud, illegal use), we may suspend or terminate your account. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to remedy. Unused credits in a terminated account are not refundable if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InteligentCMS and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Kenya.
