Built for the way trainers actually teach.
InteligentCMS started with a simple observation: TVET trainers in Kenya spend their evenings and weekends typing the same kinds of documents — schemes of work, session plans, marking schemes — that the curriculum already partly defines for them. That work matters, but it shouldn't take a weekend.
The problem we set out to solve
If you've taught at a Kenyan TVET institution, you know the routine. Term begins. Each unit needs its scheme of work, course outline, session plans, learning guide, and a stack of CBET-aligned assessments. The curriculum from TVETA / KICD lists the learning outcomes and contact hours. You expand them into proper documents that match KNQF formatting. By the time you're done, you've spent more hours on paperwork than on actually preparing your lessons.
InteligentCMS automates the predictable parts. The AI reads your unit's curriculum, expands every learning outcome into subtopics and session plans, follows KNQF Level 3–6 formatting conventions, and produces a printable Word document for each. You review, edit, and use.
What we believe
Trainer time is the most undervalued resource in the TVET system. When a trainer doesn't have to type out 15 weekly session plans by hand, they have time to actually prepare for those sessions. That's the point.
The output should respect Kenyan context. Generic global ed-tech tools don't know what KNQF Level 4 means, or how a CBET assessment should be structured, or that "trainees" is the local term — not "students." We built InteligentCMS specifically for here.
Pricing should match local realities. We charge per-unit in shillings, accept M-Pesa, and let credits roll over. No monthly subscriptions you forget about. No dollar pricing. No card requirement.
Where we are based
InteligentCMS is operated from Kisumu, Kenya. We work directly with trainers across the country to refine the platform — what works, what doesn't, what's missing.
